Ben Affleck Batman Suit - Black and White & Color

[Images removed at studio request] Obviously, this is a suit very heavily influenced by The Dark Knight Returns. The grey colors, the wide Batsymbol, the modest ears. The utility belt is a bit darker than that comic, though, and the muscles built into the suit are different. But that’s become a necessity in big screen batsuits, so it makes sense.

What I like most about this suit is that it’s different enough from the previous movie versions to stand on its own, but simultaneously borrows some of the best facets. Nevertheless, seeing it under full, blown out light – and in color – it loses something. What do you think of the Ben Affleck Batman suit? Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Jeremy Irons as Alfred and Holly Hunter in a role newly created for the film, with Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane returning from Man of Steel. The film is written by Chris Terrio, from a screenplay by David S. Goyer. Charles Roven and Deborah Snyder are producing, with Benjamin Melniker, Michael E. Uslan, Wesley Coller, David S. Goyer and Geoff Johns serving as executive producers.

They probably still want to do be mysterious but leave it to the Internet to foil those plans. Two new images of Ben Affleck’s Batman have now arrived online. One is the Batman v Superman IMAX poster image, with the distracting Superman symbol removed, and then there’s the same shot, but from a step back and in full color, leaving the whole suit up to intense scrutiny. Check out the latest images of the Ben Affleck Batman suit below.

Here are the two images, first is the full close up from the poster, followed by the full color image via JPosters:
