Avengers Guardians Crossover May Never Happen, Claims Jeremy Renner By Peter Sciretta/Aug. 25, 2015 3:00 pm EST The Marvel Cinematic Universe is quickly expanding, and maybe we’re taking for granted that it will all collide and connect at some point. When Marvel announced the two-part two-film event The Avengers: Infinity War, we all assumed that we’d see all of the Marvel heroes in this one epic story. And we might see both the Guardians of the Galaxy and The Avengers in those movies, but don’t expect to see the two teams crossover on the big screen — at least according to Jeremy Renner, who plays Hawkeye in the films....
