Slowly but surely, the world will remember Avatar. It’s kind of hard to believe that a film that grossed over $2 billion worldwide needs to be reintroduced to audiences but by the time the second film comes out in December 2017, eight years will have passed between movies. And with three sequels on the way, as well as a permanent Disney theme park, many people have lots of money riding on James Cameron’s world of Pandora.
Now, it seems like one of the first ways people will be re-introduced to Avatar is a traveling exhibition that will allow fans to literally walk around Pandora, interacting with the animals and plant life that made the film so unique and evocative.
